David Holgate Commercial Lease Negotiations

David is a third generation real estate agent, having started in the family real estate business, in Lane Cove. With more than 35 years’ experience and having been raised on the Lower North Shore, he has an intimate knowledge of the area.
During his years with the family company, his main focus was in residential property management, but he later changed his focus to commercial property management and joined SHEAD, in 2010.
Away from real estate, David’s passions are relaxing time with his family, motor racing and the golf course.
