Receptionist

 

Reception is the first point of contact for consumers accessing services and support at our office in the heart of Chatswood. Our receptionist is the face of our organisation, and essential to our services functioning effectively and cohesively.

The successful applicant will show drive and motivation, an ability to thrive in a busy environment whilst multi-tasking, being reliable, able to quickly build rapport with a variety of people from different backgrounds and demonstrate a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Residential Leasing and Field Services

Due to another successful internal promotion, Shead Property are currently seeking someone looking for an entry into Real Estate or develop their career, ready to join our expanding Residential Property Management Team. 

The role on offer is full time position. You will be supporting an experienced team of Property Managers in their field activities with a focus on Leasing and Field Services. 

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

Opening properties for inspection

Arranging and completing Ingoing/ outgoing/ routine inspections

Providing property updates to Property Management team

Learning a broad range of Real Estate knowledge

Residential Sales

Be responsible for the end-to-end management of deals for the sale of residential properties, ensuring a positive client experience

Act as the main point of contact between property owners and prospective buyers to ensure fair dealing for all parties

Assist landlords in promoting their properties for sale, and offer advice to interested buyers

Negotiate and prepare relevant paperwork (contracts, deeds, leases, etc.) prior to the sale of a commercial property

Perform comparative market analysis to accurately value commercial properties

Conduct research on the local market and stay up-to-date on industry trends
