She began as an Office Assistant, steadily rising through the ranks to become an Assistant Residential Property Manager and later, a Residential Property Manager. For the past six years, Melanie has been an essential part of the Shead Property team, serving as the Commercial Sales & Leasing Coordinator. In this fast-paced role, she supports high-level commercial transactions, bringing exceptional organizational skills, energy, and precision to every deal.
